Asia “Hot Sauce” Smiley is a global football executive, international flag football athlete, youth coach and founder whose work connects competition, athlete development, international collaboration and community opportunity. She began running track in childhood, later earned a track scholarship to Clark Atlanta University and graduated magna cum laude in 2015.
Asia began playing flag football in 2023 while coaching her daughter. What started at the youth level expanded quickly: championship coaching, national competition, an undefeated national title and MVP recognition, and international play across Spain, Malaysia, Jamaica, Thailand and China. She founded Flamin’ Hottie to bring women from different nations into one international team environment, then launched Flamin’ Fellas and continued building Flamin’ Futures Foundation around athletics, education, leadership and global exposure.
Her leadership positioning is grounded in lived operations. She has competed, coached, scouted, built programs, developed partnerships and created pathways while remaining an active athlete on the Road to LA28. Achievements serve as proof; opportunity remains the purpose.
